Polet + Antipod + Cluster

Located in Belgrade’s old industrial zone, this private hub brings together Polet Group, Antipod Studio, and Cluster Studio in a space that combines industrial heritage with modern design. The goal was to create a balance between open, shared areas and private zones.

Communal spaces like the kitchen, lounge, meeting rooms, and restrooms are shared by everyone, while each company’s offices remain separate to ensure focused work. At the center of the space is a flexible area used for workshops, like Design Sprints organized by the creative agency Friday Finally, or informal gatherings, making it the key point of the hub.

The industrial character is preserved through red brick walls and concrete textures, while colorful furniture adds energy and contrast. Our office has two open work zones: one for 6+4 people and another with a large table for quick meetings or group work. A shelving unit with material samples divides the space, keeping the industrial look while offering functional separation.

It’s a great experience to share the workspace with all these people!
