Located in Subotica, Inspira Group, one of the region’s largest e-business companies has become a reference point for IT workplace culture. Their strength lies in balancing tasks and social interaction, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility that defines their success.

Our goal was to create a space that reflects what Inspira represents both locally and beyond. The design draws inspiration from the green fields of Vojvodina, the long-gone Pannonian Sea, local manufacturing traditions, and characteristic regional colors, connecting heritage with the cutting-edge identity of a modern tech leader.

Through our ReDA research process, we mapped every detail of the user experience, ensuring the workplace supports daily needs while adapting for future growth. The result is a diverse, inclusive environment that blends cultural context with technology, offering functionality, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
