The project explores the relationship between contemporary workspace design and the architectural identity of New Belgrade, defined by urban brutalism.
The office is conceived as an open and flexible environment that reflects its surroundings while supporting everyday work and collaboration.
The concept is inspired by the brutalist architecture characteristic of New Belgrade, with a focus on material texture, structural logic, and spatial clarity.
Brutalist principles are reinterpreted through interior design, allowing the atmosphere of the surrounding urban environment to shape the workspace.
The office is organized as an open-plan space divided into working clusters. Glass partitions allow visual and spatial continuity between corridors and work areas, eliminating strict boundaries.
Shared zones such as the kitchen and canteen function as key social and gathering points within the office.
Within the open workspace, pavilion-like structures are introduced as distinct functional elements. These include a jungle pavilion, a library pavilion, and several multifunctional pavilions used for meetings, informal work, and social interaction.
The pavilions create moments of spatial diversity while maintaining openness and visual continuity.
The office terrace is treated as an extension of the interior space. Its design allows the atmosphere of the surrounding New Belgrade architecture to enter the workspace, strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior.
The terrace serves as an in-between zone, where urban rhythms and interior functions overlap.
The interior is defined by raw textures and honest materials, reflecting the brutalist context of New Belgrade. A restrained, neutral color palette is used, with no pronounced accent colors, allowing materials, light, and spatial composition to define the atmosphere.
The second phase of the TX Services project expanded the original concept while maintaining the same design language. These spaces are primarily intended for office use and lecture activities.
The extension continues the principles of openness, functionality, and material expression established in the first phase.e region’s largest e-business companies, has become a reference point for IT workplace culture. Their strength lies in balancing tasks and social interaction, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility that defines their success.
