Tenderly Office spans three floors in the GTC building in Belgrade. The design blends the calm simplicity of Japanese aesthetics with the playful energy of building blocks, creating a workspace that is both inspiring and functional.
The office balances serenity and playfulness. Japanese-inspired elements such as grids, natural materials, calming tones, and plants bring structure and tranquility, while bold colors, playful shapes, and dynamic layouts add energy and creativity. The combination fosters focus, comfort, and a lively work atmosphere.
The three floors adapt to different work needs:
Ground floor: A vibrant hub with bar, canteen, and auditorium, ideal for socializing and informal meetings.
Second floor: Calm zones for focused work and meetings, with soundproofed rooms for concentration.
Third floor: A mix of open and closed offices for teamwork and individual work, with quiet islands for spontaneous small meetings.
Recognizing the importance of social connections, Tenderly Office strategically places coffee points at the ends of the workspace. These spots, micro squers, serve as natural gathering places, encouraging informal conversations and idea exchange among colleagues. Additionally, lounge areas located near the entrances create relaxing environments for impromptu brainstorming sessions and casual interactions, further enhancing the inclusive and collaborative spirit of the office.
