Overview

Seven Bridges offices are located in Airport City office park in New Belgrade, Serbia. Designed for a fast-growing company, the project was conceived from the very beginning as a flexible and modular workspace, capable of adapting to future expansions without compromising its core design identity.

Spanning 5,000 sqm across five floors, the office environment balances functionality and comfort, creating a workplace that prioritizes employee well-being and a sense of belonging rather than a conventional corporate atmosphere.

Design concept

The main design concept is based on modularity, adaptability, and emotional comfort. Given the company’s continuous growth, the interior needed to function as a system that can be replicated and extended across different spaces while retaining its essential character.

The goal was to create an office that feels more like a home than a traditional corporate environment – calm, soft, and welcoming – encouraging both focus and social interaction.

Spatial organization

The building is organized into clearly defined functional zones:

– Three floors dedicated to workspaces, including offices and conference rooms

– One floor designed as a social and leisure hub, containing a lounge, game room, music room, gym, kitchen, and informal meeting rooms

– Ground floor designed as a restaurant exclusively for employees

This clear zoning supports different working rhythms while strengthening the company’s internal culture.

Colours and Materials

Colour is one of the key identity elements of the project.
Each floor is defined by its own dominant colour, creating recognizable environments and simplifying orientation and communication between teams.

– Colours are calm, muted, and soft in tone

– Applied primarily on walls and carpeted floors

– Furniture introduces variation while remaining complementary, creating subtle highlights within each space

The interaction between colours and materials establishes a balanced, peaceful atmosphere throughout the office.

Privacy and Atmosphere

Glass partitions combined with heavy curtains are a recurring design element.
This solution allows employees to easily adjust their level of privacy while maintaining visual openness and flexibility.

The curtains also contribute to the overall softness of the space, reinforcing the intention to create a serene, non-corporate working environment.
