Upon arrival, clients are greeted by a host who guides them and the agents through the space. The layout supports two types of interactions: open consultations for quick services and more private discussions held in dedicated soundproof rooms, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.
Unlike the branch area, the upper floors are designed exclusively for employees and foster a more vibrant and dynamic working environment. The space is organized around a central island that combines the kitchen and coffee point, becoming the heart of everyday activity. Employees naturally circulate around this element, while nearby seating areas allow for spontaneous meetings and quick conversations. The result is a lively and inspiring workspace that encourages collaboration and informal exchange throughout the day.
