The Zühlke office in Belgrade is designed as a contemporary workspace that supports employee wellbeing, collaboration, and productivity. The concept introduces flexible and multipurpose areas that respond to evolving work patterns and support the company’s future growth.
The office is organized into clearly defined zones that accommodate different types of work, from focused tasks to informal meetings and social interaction. Color and spatial organization are used to differentiate these areas while maintaining a cohesive workplace environment.
At the center of the office is the Piazza, a multifunctional hub that brings together the food corner, showroom, chill area, education space, presentation zone, and meetup area. This space encourages communication, learning, and spontaneous interaction between employees. The canteen also functions as a Learning and Development space. A movable curtain wall allows the area to be easily reconfigured, creating a flexible environment suitable for everyday dining, workshops, or internal events.
The interior combines neutral materials with carefully placed color accents that define the character of each zone, creating a balanced and engaging workplace environment.
Different zones of the office are defined through color. Yellow is used in the open workspace to support energy and teamwork, while green tones in meeting rooms introduce balance and a connection to nature through plants. Active talk rooms use blue and orange accents to encourage focused discussion and dynamic collaboration.
In collaboration with graphic designer Fabio Da Cruz, the Wayfinding & Signage design was developed as an integral part of the interior concept.
