Located in Subotica, Inspira Group, one of the region’s largest e-business companies, has become a reference point for IT workplace culture. Their strength lies in balancing tasks and social interaction, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility that defines their success.
The goal was to create a space that reflects what Inspira represents both locally and beyond. The design draws inspiration from the green fields of Vojvodina, the long-gone Pannonian Sea, local manufacturing traditions, and characteristic regional colors, connecting heritage with the cutting-edge identity of a modern tech leader.
Through the ReDA research process, every detail of the user experience was mapped, ensuring the workplace supports daily needs while remaining adaptable for future growth.
The result is a diverse, inclusive environment that blends cultural context with technology, offering functionality, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
